The recipe is so easy. I had them made in about 10 minutes. I did substitute butterscotch chips since I was out of chocolate and they were still out of this world.
First mix 2 cups of Quick Cooking Oats and 1 cup of Rice Crispys in a medium bowl.
Then melt 1/4 cup Butter, 1/4 cup Honey, and 1/3 cup Brown Sugar in medium sauce pan.
Pour in 1/2 teaspoon of Vanilla and bring to a rapid boil.
Then mix your butter and oat mixtures and press into a jelly roll pan. Top with chocolate or butterscotch chips, raisins, nuts, craisins, you name it! (if your pan is too large push to one side)
Allow to cool for 1 hour and slice into bars.
