30 Days of Baby ~ Spaghetti and Meatballs

I have to give props to my MIL for this meatball recipe. It is super easy, and can be served with a sweet sauce for appetizers or in a marinara for spaghetti. Plus they freeze super well and make a mean meatball sub!

For an ongoing list of Make Ahead Meals visit my 30 Days of Baby link.
Simply mix all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and form into 1.5 inch balls.

Then broil until golden brown.

If you are freezing, this is where you will stop. Place meatballs in a freezer bag and pop in the freezer. When you are ready to cook, put in the crockpot or a saucepan with the sweet sauce recipe below or marinara sauce.

Serve as an appetizer or over spaghetti noodles.

  1. The two or three times I've attempted meatballs, they are just sitting in their own grease after I've cooked them. How do you deal with the grease?
And, even if you're only writing a food post, you must still include a picture of the baby. He's too adorable not to see several times a week!

  2. I just found your blog through From Mrs. to Mama. Your family is adorable! And 4 kids? You're my new hero ; ) I am hopping around as I have time, but LOVE the 30 Days of Baby meals. My sis is due later this summer and I want to prepare some meals for her -- this is perfect!

  3. The 30 days of baby spaghetti and meatballs has been detailed by you. The vivid description by you is very good
